Program description
Storage One (operated by Orlion Group LLC, d/b/a Storage One) sends text messages to customers and people who contact us. Messages are optional customer service messages sent only to people who consent, and include replies to your questions, requested storage-unit and reservation links, tenant portal information, rental and payment reminders, and account notices. We do not send marketing messages unless you separately agree to receive them.
How you opt in
You agree to receive text messages from Storage One when you text our number at (872) 772-6722, when you give us your mobile number and ask us to text you, or when you check the SMS consent box while reserving a unit or signing up on http://www.mystorageone.com. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of renting a unit.

- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You will get one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent.

Opting out
Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT to any message to stop receiving texts. To start again, reply START.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
